We continue the test of the system and preparing for registration opening.

This patch introduces a few "Noobot activation" centers on the territory of "Labyrinth of Death" together with additional revival platforms.
Adopted mob spawning system in "Labyrinth of Death" zone.

For all current members is a chance to get "Promissory Notes" - please speak with Warrant Officer in Quarantine zone.

After the release of 9.4 and registration opening the gaining of Promissory Notes will be available only for newcomers.

At the current moment Promissory Notes are used only for getting "Courier License" (Noobots delivery), but in a future the scope of usage is going to grow.

Becoming a citizen:
*. All newcomers will first appear at the "Quarantine Zone", where they have a chance to get used to the new world.
*. To exit from Quarantine zone they need to be admitted to citizenship.
The Major at the roadblock can register newcomer for:
#. 100 Promissory Notes (can be gained from other newcomers, citizens or from taking job offers from Warrant Officer at the town). The newcomer will be registered and from this moment is free to leave the Quarantine zone.
#. 100 AWD. Besides "citizen status", the newcomer will also receive clothes, weapon, ammo and other helpful items (issued at nearest city). Also, the government under an obligation for safe transportation of new citizens to the cities – the newly developed system "Noobot". Being a Noobot, the newcomer can easily get to the nearest "Noobot activation" center avoiding wild creatures, mutants and robots. Though they can get lost, and here comes the Couriers – a citizen with special license can pick up a Noobot and transfer him manually to Noobot activation center. By successfully delivering a Noobot the government issuing a special cheque (worth 20 AWD value, scope of usage will be quite big, including gaining access to special territories).
Both ways are irreversible, by getting citizenship with one way, the other will not be possible.

All in-game capital issues (Promissory Notes, Courier Cheques and Realty Investment Certificates) are planned to be kept on "Release" of the project (non-wiped).
